Russian Government signed the decree on establishment of Center for International Cooperation in Education Development (CICED)

launch of project “The monitoring of subject competencies of primary school students – SAM” and project “In-depth analysis of Russia results of PISA and PIRLS”

first 100 bank items (Math, Russian language and Science) for SAM monitoring are developed. Approbations took place in Republic of Karelia, Volgograd and Moscow
